About the event
Join us for our exciting new Beginner Intermediate Class starting on April 3rd at the InShape Ladies Fitness Studio. The class will be held every Wednesday from 7:45-8:30pm, providing a convenient time slot for those with busy schedules. Our experienced and certified instructors will guide you through a variety of exercises and techniques to improve your strength, flexibility, and overall fitness. Enrollment for the class is now open, and the cost is $150 for the entire session.
